Near Krua Met Sai Seafood Restaurant, Beach Road, Cha-Am - meeting at 10 am
The walkers trail was almost all within the Cha-Am Beach Forest Park following some very pleasant paths with welcome shade and information plaques. The runners trail was partly on a mangrove swamp boardwalk before joining the signposted nature trail the walkers had taken. Our 12 visitors from Pattaya, invited to share our 300th run, brought their folding chairs to cater for their customery 2 hour circle but Pussy Pedaller wouldn't have any of that. He wrapped it up nicely in about 25 minutes and then it was breakfast at Nishy's Restaurant attended by about 30 hashers

Elevation - Min 0.6 m Max 13 m, Gain/Loss 42.3 m.
Max slope - Ascent 3.6%, Descent 5.4%.
Route went anti-clockwise
Start to R/W Split: 0.35 km in 8:52 min
Rambo's Loop: 4.5 km in 51:54 min
RW/SW Merge to Finish: 2.35 km in 28:06 min
