Location
The directions to the runsite were very clear, possibly involving deployment of a record number of HHH signs and another record could perhaps be claimed for the largest parking area from which the trail followed the same barren "moonscape" for about 2 km for the walkers with the runners given the relief of a green zone at about 1 km after a running hither and thither like headless chickens check. They still had to do the second km of moonscape on completion of the runners loop before joining the walkers trail through welcome leafy glades and paths through fields back home. Both runners and walkers gave their approval to the hares' efforts before the choir sang "give 'em a beer because they did turn up".

Last Saturdays CAH3 Rambo's (Runners) trail as completed by me was 6.4 km in 73:18 min.
Elevation - Min 68 m Max 122 m, Gain/Loss 140 m.
Max slope - Ascent 22.5%, Descent 16.0%.
Route went clockwise
Start to R/W Split: 1.3 km in 14.51 min
Unsure of location of other splits and merges so unable to identify Short Walk and Rambo loop
