Saturday’s H2H3 Rambo trail set by Cathusalem and Hawaii Five O-Ring was 7.8 km and took me 93:26 min.
Elevation: Min 51 m, Max 170 m, Gain/Loss 173 m.
Slope: Assent 21.1%, Decent 19.4%
Unfortunately, I did not log all the split and merge points, so the following is my best estimate:
Start to R/W Split 1: 0.9 km in 9:27 min.
Rambo false trail: 0.1 km in 2:12 min.
R/W Split 1 to R/W Split 2 (Short Walk): 1.3 km in 17:11 min.
R/W Split 2 to R/W Split 3: 2.2 km in 22.:28 min.
R/W Split 3 to FT 2: 0.5 km in 6:30 min.
FT 2 to SC Split: 0.6 km in 8:07 min.
SC Split to Finish: 2.2 km in 27:31 min.
